Imagine a new game like the old game of Password.
The difference is there are four sets of glasses with different colors. Depending on which glasses you use, you see different text on the card. You see different clues. Sometimes the clues are true, and sometimes they are not. It’s in the comparing between the different perspectives that the group together can find the truth of the mystery.
That’s the seed of an idea. I think it would take further reflection to turn it into a reality. It could be a compelling board game.
But for now it’s all a metaphor for the different interpretive lenses that people use as they claim and argue that their truth is the right one.
Maybe. Or maybe parts of it. But it’s like reading the Bible without having a grasp of creation, which is the original and far more expansive message of the Creator. Anything that is true will match the reality we see all around us in three dimensions and experience at the quantum level.
I must stay open to truth in all of its expressions. I must stay aware and notice the dimensions of reality right in front of my face. May the Creator help me. May the Spirit inspire me. May I disregard all objections of the ego.
There’s so much more going on than appears to the self-assured mind. May I remain open to the beauty around me and to the beauty inside.
